Meet the team

Good News Broadcasting has two full-time and two part-time members of staff, supported by a Board of Directors and a small group of generous and enthusiastic volunteers.

Tom Ward

Tom became Director of GNB in 2014, having worked in Christian radio for seven years after attending Bible College. As well as taking overall responsibility for GNB’s continuing work, development and vision, Tom spends many hours studying, writing and producing our programmes and videos each week.

Mel Dixey

Mel is our Graphic Designer, responsible for designing and publishing GNB literature and resources, both printed and digital. She maintains our website and database and helps with day to day admin.

Eamonn Maloney

Eamonn joined us in October 2023 in the role of Producer/Presenter. He is responsible for our 10 minute weekday programme, Bible Focus – providing Bible teaching as well as booking guest speakers, recording and producing. Alongside Tom, he is working to develop new programmes and podcasts and looking for new opportunities to broadcast them.

Camila Shibemba

Camila became our Finance Administrator in July 2024 and makes sure all your gifts are stewarded wisely. Recording donations, paying invoices and ensuring GNB is getting the best price on all our bills!
